I think he didn't registered correctly via your Link. If he was You can see the red rounded areas.

And Another thing I can see you have 0.8$ in your Account, after you reach 1$ let me know then i will tell you how to rent referrals.

But one thing to know is,I send my links via e mails.They went NEOBUX through that.What happen?I am upset with it.

Yes It will work. If he doesn't have an account already. If he have one by making another account will Ban Him. If He already have one. Tell him to send a Support ticket to Neobux telling close his account. After Neobux close his account then make a New Account with deterrent name.
