gpg with grave accent (`)

Today I found a strange issue with gpg encryption (version 1.4.5) of strings that contain grave accent (`) character. I searched the net and couldn't find anything about this. As a patch, I replaced the grave accent character with acute accent (') character and the issue is gone.
