Honestly I have no idea for how to do this. If you submit money making type links on popular forums, etc... it is likely they blacklist you as a spammer. According to my knowledge the best way is to wait until search engines index your site and users come through search queries.

Please tell me forums you know. my web sites are indexed by google. but there is no good traffic.

This is really out of my vicinity. I mostly know techno sites and I'm sure they don't accept money making links.
You must find a way out by seeing what similar sites like yours do for advertising.

How about you choose social forums like ElaKiri where 1000s of people visit mostly for non-technical needs?
I remember there was another called pissupoosa.com, just seek for social forums in Google and if you are looking for worldwide visits, you may submit to all or selected ones. Make sure to put the note very nicely, otherwise they will ban you for trying to misuse.

Another idea is to advertise with an email marketing company. There are 1000s and a few Sri Lankan ones.

ROBOT.LK is not a good place at all for this as this is a 100% technical support forum. When you submit, never choose such as they will immediately ban these money making things. No point is asking the same on this technical forum as well
