How to change SSL certificate registration info

1. Create a new empty site on your server (use a different port so it will not cause problems with your existing site)
2. Issue the certificate request from the new site using the new name
3. When you get your new certificate back, install it into the new site
4. Stop the new site
5. Your new certificate is now installed on your server and you just need to change the one your original site is using
