PHPBB to vBULLETIN [CONVERTION]

Can somebody tell me how to transfer existing TOPICS , POSTS , USERS from PHPBB 3.07 to vBULLETIN 4.0.2 ?
I want to switch to vBulletin !!
My Old Host has PHPBB , i made posts there ...
and i bought a new host in which there is vBULLETIN PRE-INSTALLED (A Nulled one)(Free Host).
So How can i transfer my posts , topics and users from phpbb to vbulletin ?
(NOTE:I have already backed up my PHPBB files , databases)

There is a plugin called IMPEX in vBulletin which can import phpBB forums with posts, members, etc...
