Okay... don't panic.. Follow the steps.
  1. Backup the database
  2. Download the entire Zen Cart folder to you PC
Then you can go for an upgrade of the online ZenCart.

If something wrong happens, here is the procedure to restore everything.
  1. Rename the existing ZenCart folder in Server
  2. Upload the folder you have downloaded
  3. Restore the database
That's it!

Just drag and drop the main folder to your desktop... in the morning I'm sure you'll get it all. :)

my Problem is how to update zencart online

i've downloaded latest zencart
i think replacing old files will work
but i need to know is there any option like that?

And Buyer have Installed a Theme I need to Keep it too. I just want to upgrade to new version with keeping the themes and appearance as before.

The thread http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showthread.php?t=35381 has the required information to do this.

As it says, first try in your local copy. Here is how you could do that.
  1. Download a copy of site
  2. backup database
  3. Install database to local mySql
  4. Copy downloaded folder to WAMP root
  5. Upgrade as described in the above thread (replace files, check db changes(might not necessary) )
After all, see whether local copy works. If it is, then simply copy those files to main site as well. Since we have the original site and database, we don't have to worry.
