Two submission rules

There are two submission rules

1. Always use Code when publishing source codes.
   You can easily do this by highlighting the code and pressing the "Code" button
2. When you submit an article, always make it as "Sticky" so it will remain on the top list. General questions/answers will go down by the age. (You can change this by the "Options" tab which is appearing at the bottom of the page -> Post topic as: Sticky).
