What is the video standard using in Sri Lanka?

Pls, let me know the video standard using in Sri Lanka, and it's frame rate and so on

Hi,

Sri Lanka uses PAL (Phase Alternating Line) system. PAL has 25 fps (frame per second). In general speaking PAL use where the countries use 50Hzs power system.

more specifically Sri Lanka uses PAL BG for UHF and VHF channels,

PAL has 625 lines when 50Hz, and referred as 576i

There are other video standards are available in the world as well. like NTSC (30 fps), SECAM (fps)
