Ubuntu and Fedora(or any popular Linux flavor) seems to recognize almost all Bluetooth radios available in Sri Lanka. I am not sure about any specific chip set. Never had problems with Bluetooth in Linux. :)

Yes. Me too. Ones I Plugged a Dongle, As I remember it's a Bluesoleil One.

In windows XP sp2 it required Drivers, But In Ubuntu worked just by plugging :D
