Ubuntu
Re: Ubuntu
If you don't have the proper driver, then you will have to swim through the coding of other sources and do it yourself. Most of the Ubuntu/Linux users do like to spent time of these configuration things especially with command line. Since it seems you also like the same, you can read these articles and try to get an idea.

Also, submit your question with unit model, etc... in Ubuntu forum.

Re: Ubuntu
If Ubuntu guys can't help you on this, I suspect that they don't have a good team to develop on this side of the OS. Under Windows, these are smooth and running
I'm really not sure what else we can try on this. (I have seen that the ADSL manufacturer cleary stated that they don't support Linux?). You better switch to TCP based router next time which has no such problems of drivers, etc....

Re: Ubuntu
Sure. I think that's the best option that you have to settle down. Otherwise you will have to write something by your own (as the usual Linux style).
Re: Ubuntu
Can you Please Download the Source Package from Prolink web site and then could you Recompile it and then make a .deb package for Ubuntu 9.10 and can you give it to me to download.Neo wrote:Sure. Re: Ubuntu
I'm sure you need to get some info from Prolink guys before doing this. I have seen that some people stated it is not working at all. Regarding compiling, I'm sorry, I have no time for such other than giving quick tips. Hope you understand.
