how to wind an 300A arc welding transformer?

Input: 230v ,5A/15A
Output: 1-10v, 300A

I need to know,
1.Guages of primary and secondary coils.
2.Number of windings in primary and secondary coils.
3.core size.

Kindly give me exact quantities.Because i cant understand long & complex math formulas.

i found this one. is it correct?

primary
150 turns, gauge 12

secondary
30 turns,gauge 3

Output
300A , 30V
