how to make a flasher. ....

Post by aksl » Sun Nov 02, 2014 10:15 am

I have a 12v/6A bulb. I need automaticly on off it once a second .
I mean light up time is 1s. Light off time is 1s.
Important : output must be 12v/6A

Can anybody give me a simple circuit. It would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

You can use the circuit given below.

As per your current requirement, you may use either a Darlington such as one from TIP series (ex: TIP31) or a FET such as IRF530. Do note to check their datasheets to find out their current sourcing ability. Note that FET connections are different from transistor. You can adjust the blink rate from VR1.
