Noises Problen
its a projector. picture is not clear . i think its a noise problem . is this power supply problem or...... ?

Can't tell anything without having enough information. There are many reasons to have a out of focus picture. You might need to check the focus setting (if that is available in menu/PCB). Can't predict noise caused by power supply for this. I'm sure it is something related to the projection system.
Is this related to your previous question on projectors? Where did you buy? If you have bought from an Agent, I'm sure they would help you to fix this. You might also try to find the circuit diagram otherwise it is not easy to trap an issue other than checking the fuse.
