Power MOSFET are highly used to drive high currents. Few common ones are as follows.
RF 510 - ~5A (Aprox. 5 Amperes)

IRF 520 - ~9A

IRF 540 - ~30A

Transistors can also used to handle high currents. See the following list.
TIP31c datasheet: http://www.fairchildsemi.com/ds/TI%2FTIP31C.pdf
Darlington pairs is another solution.. This is about two transistors connected together so that the current amplified by the first is amplified further by the second transistor. The overall current gain is equal to the two individual gains multiplied together.
Darlington pairs also comes as a single package. For example, TIP120 can drive up to 5A.

If you need several Darlington pairs, then you can find ICs such as ULN2003A that are called Darlington arrays.

You can find all these FETs from TRONIC.LK store.
