No idea of that brand. Also there are mainly two different types of UPSs. Online and Line Interactive. Online ones are very expensive compared to Line Interactive ones. What you usually find for PCs are line interactive ones. Line Interactive ones have a very little no power time (about 50 msec) during switching due to loss of power or low/high power cut of conditions. However online once guarantee to provide continuous smooth current under any condition.

So, what you need to find is a circuit diagram for an line interactive UPS. In the other hand different people use different techniques to make UPSs. Some people implement the whole thing using Analogues electronics. Some are with logic ICs. And the most latest ones are with microcontrollers. So you'll have to find the type you use first.

Finally, finding the circuit diagram for a UPS is not an easy job (Some users have already asked circuit diagrams before). Most manufacturers do not publish them to keep trade secrets with them. If you have a problem in your UPS, it is better if you could take that to a UPS repairing agent. They have lots of experience with them so mostly they can reveal the problem in few minutes. However in most of the cases, it is cheaper to replace the main board.

If you are going to check it, you can check the bridge rectifier, relays and Op Amps. These are the most vulnerable parts.

If its a full analog circuit, you may can repair it without a circuit diagram.

Yes i think it is full analog.but i can't understand about OP Amps in UPS.
If you can send OP Amps activity in UPS,It useful for me.
I am trying to understand UPS system.

Yes i think it is full analog.but i can't understand about OP Amps(I know something about OP Amps,my ups has LM339 IC.it has 4 op amps) in UPS.
If you can send OP Amps activity in UPS,It useful for me.
I am trying to understand UPS system.
i have several UPS transformers.I will think my own circuit for UPS using transformers.
If you can, teach me about OP amp of UPS and relay system.

I was the one asked the circuit before :)

If you have same problem as that I had, you can get helps from my this thread. I got so many helps from EC(Mostly Neo ). I must say that. You will get too

Op Amps can be configured in different arrangements to work in different ways. Integrators, Differentiators, Comparators, Active Mode Filters, etc.. are all possible with Op Amps. This one is a great tutorial on them.

Wiki article on Op Amps is also good.

You can find the datasheet of LM339 (Low Power Low Offset Voltage Quad Comparator) at http://www.national.com/mpf/LM/LM339.html. In simple terms, comparators compare an input voltage with a reference voltage and output the result. Since LM339 can be used for many applications (see the list in above link), you need to find out on what purpose it is used in the UPS.

thanx Neo
Your ideas and details are very important.
I'm trying to create new UPS circuit.
It has Overcharge protector,Voltage monitor,...
Has any problem that UPS battery is motorcycle battery or other led acid battery?

As long as your charging circuit can manage, any rechargeable battery will fit. Normal UPS battery is 12V 7Ahrs.
