Hi,

Is there any ADC which has more than 2 channels(Left,Right) in I2S?

See PCM3168A 24-bit Multi-channel Audio CODROBOT.LK 6ch-in/8ch-out with 96/192kHz sampling rate.

You might also find some good multi channel ADCs from Cirrus Logic as well. (Not sure those have I2S interface).
