now i know all.
and my English knowledge is very poor.
I think ROBOT.LK will allso improw my English.
now i ask my problem again.
somebody say,at writeing(burn) CD/DVD using a low speed is good for writer.
somebody say low speed is good for writer.what is correct?
describe reson for it according to action of writer.

The quality and the integrity of the data that was written into the CD is not only
depend on it's speed. it's depend on it's meterial on the CD.
For a example some CD's support high burning speeds. The CD's that we use are
recording using it's buble forming technology. that laser light will terminally heat
up the materiel on CD and make a bauble where it forms a patten.
So when you use high speed means laser light get only small time to form these
baubles. But there are specially designed CD's that you could use high speeds.
and that kind of CD's may[theoretically] overturn if you use a low speed.
So read the label on the CD and use it's speed range that you can use.
The chemicals on that layer is different to company to company and CD to
CD. So check their label or manufacture of the CD to know right burning
speeds.

I don't see there is much difference. But flickering rate of laser source will increase when you select more speed. In the other hand time of outputting laser will increase for low speed. So for me, it seems a trade off.
There is one things to consider. Some players (especially old ones available on car players) are made to work with CDs written at low speeds. This was present about 10 years back. I didn't hear something like that recently.
