Problem with mouse pointer

Friends i got a new problem with my mouse pointer.It get lost in in a second & when I move the mouse it displays.Then again get lost When I stop moving.:O
Can you please help me on this.?Is this a virus ?

I don't think it is a virus or spyware you better scan your PC to be sure.

This is one of the common problems and there are some suggestions to sort this out.

1. Adjust video acceleration setting in your VGA card
2. Upgrade Video Driver
3. Check whether the Video chip is getting overheated. If that is the case, you might need to check GPU fan, replace thermal paste, etc...
4. Under mouse properties, turn on mouse trails and see whether it fixes your problem. If you already have trails on, then off it.
5. Under mouse properties, see whether "Hide pointer while typing" is checked. Try unchecking.
