Microphone Issue

Post by Nipuna » Wed Oct 06, 2010 10:19 pm

Now. I am Using Windows 7.

I used my Headphone's Mic well in XP but in 7 it's recording sound is too Low. I Tried Another Mic it's same too. But these Two Mics worked well on XP.

I have Installed Latest Device Drives too. My Sound Card Is Realteck High Definition Audio. I had Such a Recording Problem with Vista Before, But after Reinstalling the Driver it worked. I tried Reinstalling on 7 too. But no luck :(

Can Anyone Help me with this? I can't get Skype Calls Because of this. :(

Thanks

This is a common problem under Vista and Windows7 on some sound cards. Following solution works on most of the cases. Give it a try.
  1. Click on Start (the Windows icon) and type sound.
