Make fonts for windows

i like to make some Sinhala fonts for Windows..is it too hard thing??.what are the software i can use for that.?
can you explain that please..

what are the Software i should get & learn..? :)

there are lot of font creating softwares like Fontographer, High-logic font creator and ect.

you will can get more help from Neo.

I found another beautiful free font drawing program called FontStruct. I'm not sure you can import fonts from other fonts with this. But you may give it a try.
The above free web based solution is really cool. Give it a try ;)
