Pattition Colour

Post by Nipuna » Wed Mar 10, 2010 5:33 pm

I formatted All my Hard disk's partitions and installed windows XP. I have 4 partitions they are C,D,E,F. without C the other partition's colour is Blue and folders too. I installed XP before from this cd but in that time partitions were Black As normal. If i create a folder from Ubuntu it's Black. If i create a folder from windows XP it's Blue.

How to Resolve this.

Thanks

Now I'm clear on what's going on. Simply the drives/partitions in blue colour are either encrypted or compressed.

See the setting Show encrypted or compressed NTFS files in color under View tab in Folder Options.
Folder Options can be opened through Control Panel or Tools menu->Folder option from a Explorer window.
