IS THERE ANY WAY TO CHANGE COMPUTER CPU SPEED APPEARANCE FROM REAL SPEED???

WE CHECK IT FROM BIOS MENU,CAN ANY ONE EDIT THAT BIOS MENU??

OTHER WAY IS WE CHECK IT FROM SYSTEM PROPERTIES..CAN ANY ONE CHANGE THAT SPEED FROM ACTUAL SPEED?

BIOS is 99% impossible to hack. But as you said it is sometimes possible to change the facts from system registry.
Best thing is, you open the casing and see whether the components are in place if possible. Other than that you need to depend on the BIOS.

I'll tell you a more accurate method. Download KNOPPIX. This is a free Linux distribution that comes in a CD. You just need to put the CD to PC and boot from it (no installation is required). Then you can see the system config from their to be sure. It is not easy to change the system config as in Windows Registry on Linux. Also, since the CD is yours, you can be 100% sure. Give it a try.
