In my practice, the best teacher for you is Lord Buddha. Teacher of three worlds, human, heavens of gods and heavens brahmas.
Whatever an enemy might do to an enemy, or a foe to a foe, the ill-directed mind can do to you even worse.
Whatever a mother, father or other kinsman might do for you, the well-directed mind can do for you even better.
- Dammapada 42-43
Long for the wakeful is the night. Long for the weary, a league. For fools unaware of True Dhamma, samsara is long.
- Dammapada 60
One in Pali:
Uttanavatho sathimatho - suchikammassa nisammakarino
Sagngnatassa cha dhammajeevino - appamattassa yasobhivaddathi
- Lord Buddha
This is the property of Buddha Dhamma called Akalika (timeless). Everything is still true even after 2600 years.

You will have to realise that laziness (which will ultimately make a nice fool  ) is a shape of 'Mara'. If you become lazy, that means you are fully in control of the hands of 'Mara'. So all your intelligence will be cut from the roots and you will be easily turned to a complete fool (candidate for hell). Also, wasting time is a sin.

If we talk about the problem in a general perspective where everybody can agree..... think about your future. What you are going to be? Are you going to have the same stable life after your parents? You have seen your grand passed away few weeks ago. So that is something we all have to accept as truth which is going to happen. So you will have to build up your life now. If you don't do it (waste time), you might loose everything. Who doesn't like to have a nice wife, nice car, nice house, etc... ;)

Okay. So it's all your decision. You can decide the life you are going to have. If you are okay with a tired life in future, then you can be as now. But if you want to live a happy-balanced life, then you have to work now.

Finally, take this advise to your life.
Bhikkhus, just as all foot prints of moving things get included in the foot print of the elephant and it is the biggest in size. In the same manner it is said, all meritorious things originate and come together in diligence, and diligence is foremost, for all meritorious things.
- Lord Buddha

Thanks friend. But I understand that.

That's why I need to get rid of this.

So I need to find out some exercises or something to do to get rid of it.

If you know some please tell me.

Since you have so much of work to do on studies and freelancing jobs, how are you wasting time like this? Let me know how you are doing that so I can practice as well  Honestly, when I know I have so much of things to do in my daily routine, I don't know a way to waste time rather than work as much as possible to clear them up. Otherwise I see them in dreams too

So the first think you should do is, give some targets to your life. Otherwise your life will become non other than like a kite on the sky. Just concentrate on your targets. Think what will happen if you do not meet the targets. So you see the risks and dangers you might face in future of your life.

You can ride your bike, have a nice walk on hill, go to a gym, do martial arts (as you were doing before?), etc.. to keep your body fit. But it is only one part of life. You will also have to think about your career. In just a few more years you will have a wife and 3,4 kids. When kids are asking for food especially milk (which costs nearly LKR1000 per tin), think how you are going to buy them.

Nothing more to say. You will have to decide on your life. If you can't see these problems then you might be still young to understand.

I am still doing Martial arts.

And by the way. I am not wasting time buy doing nothing. What I do is surf the net and check emails all the time(do the things that aren't important for studies ) by doing them time is passing without feeling to me

That's the problem.

I am hoping to start meditating from today. Let's hope it will help too. And need to start practice martial arts too. I only practice it in the class, That means once a week :) I am hoping to do it another 2 or 3 days.

Let's try.

Tell me your ideas about these too.

By the way I like this too ;)
