Hello Nipuna, Good idea ;)

However you misunderstood. I was talking about MS Outllook. Not Outlook Express. MS Outlook comes with MS Office package where Express comes with Windows setup. I'm sorry haven't used Outlook Express much. But with MS Outlook, it's all possible.

Good luck!

  1. Just go to calender -> New appointment (For an everyday event, you can chose New recurring appointment).
  2. Enter subject & location. Then set start and End times of the appointment.
  3. Then set reminder to 5 minutes (Every 5 minutes it will play a sound until you notify the computer that you have identified it).
  4. Finally on the same reminder combo box, you will find 'Sound' at the end. Make sure it is enabled and you have set a loud enough file like a ring tone.
  5. You can keep on Snoozing and the system will ring the alarm every 5 minutes until you press Dismiss.
