What is the Best Software to Easily Design WordPress Themes

Hello.

I need you Guys Help to about this. I am going to make a WordPress Theme for a Freelancer Project. Buyer Gave me .psd files to convert. Since I don't know the Codings. I decided to find a Software. But Couldn't find a Good one.

I like a one like, Microsoft FrontPage ( Because I need a Visual Designing Software ). I Found a one called Elastic that is a WordPress Plugin. But It's hard to use and No Enough Features.

And I can't spend much time to learn codings and designings. Because I have to study for BIT

Brother Many coders use dream viewer to make their themes you can try that.Full featured.But you must know little about pp according to my idea.(I got one experience with canceled project )

I knew this isn't easy so i didn't accept the Project. I told buyer to give me psd to check. If I can't then I will tell Him I can't.

There is no direct way to use a software to do this. You need to learn what files needed to be changed and do the mods as required and release it according to the WordPress theme standard. WordPress themes are plu & play. Users can download them from the website itself and install them with minimal impact to the design of the blog.

There is no magic behind these things. You need to first study it and use something like Dreamweaver or just a simple text editor such as Notepad++ to create them.

Even you asked form an experienced theme maker, he will probably points you out to a tutorial like above. SIf you want him to make it for you, then you will have to pay him since theme making takes considerable time & effort. Not just a quick data entry type work.

I know that this is Not easy as Normal Data Entry. That's Why I don't bid on these. But i bid on that since i saw it as easy.

Yes. It's Right. i don't have Time In These days that's why I searched Software, But Software I found are not good.

It's OK. I didn't accept the work. Just asked the buyer to give me the psd to check. I already sent a Message That I can't but still no reply.

Basically slice the psd to div's you need to place (icons,borders,etc) then make div's and assign the images as background image for div's
Ex:- there is a floating menu bar, you got left and right ends of the bar and middle section which can repeat, so three HTML div's and assign the properties from stylesheet. You can also do this from dreamweaver but from my experience, using a plain text editor is the best
