That's based on your requirement. If voice is not clear on your mobile, then you need to build a GSM antenna. If you are looking for more data speed, 2nd one would be advantages. I guess you can ask questions on those sites.

See this eBay product as well.

Yes. But I think the commecial one (eBay) is better than that. It is a risk to experiment antennas on the net. If you have spare time to experiment, then that's okay.

I'm not good at money. so I have to build things myself.

I'll have lot of free time after 2-3months. so I want a good internet connection to learn somethin during these free days.

I'll try to build above one. Can you give some details on above antenna type?

As I said before, I didn't try them myself. You will have to try them at your own risk. If you have questions, you would ask them on that blog.

When I was searching for some antennas, I came across this website which has lots of valuable information.

It seems Logarithmic Periodic Dipole Antenna (LPDA) matches your requirement since you can give a range of frequencies.

Some information for you:
Quad band 850/900/1800/1900 MHz - In Sri Lanka I think Dual band (900Mhz and 1800MHz) is available.
3G - 2100 MHz

Most of the GSM antennas are fractal antenna's isn't it. Other antennas are wrong in their precision isn't it?
