Call the company and their technical team will assist you. They tuned my unit after I report this and now I'm fine.

Re: How to Remove shadows of Satellite TV
I deal with them in corporate level, so they didn't charge. But the technicians said they usually do so.
If you call the service line, you will get all the information required

Re: How to Remove shadows of Satellite TV
I'm also in doubt why Nipuna is having such effects for Satellite TV.
1. What's the service you use? Is it Dialog TV?
2. How far is you from ground transmission station? (I'm sure you are not receiving satellite transmission directly as this is not yet available in Sri Lanka?).
3. If you are not using direct satellite reception (receiving signals from a ground transmission station), do you have much disturbances like mountains in your area?
If that is the case, why don't you simply switch to SLT PEO TV (IP TV). With that not only you get the crystal clear quality, you will be able to play your favourite missed programmes too.
