This is the Problem of my Phone.

My phone always restarts saying
"the phone has restarted in order to improve it's performance"

But some times My phone works. I tried Sony Ericsson Update service But no result.

That's the best one I found by searching. I understand your problem, it seems that your phone is either having a firmware bug or a little hardware problem that make it misunderstand something. As a firmware developer, these are quite usual things for me. However the point is, it will be not easy to find the real problem for you. The only thing you can try is the firmware update. If that is not working for you, you should check for any viewable hardware error by showing it to a knowledgeable guy (probably at Siedles (Sony Agents)).

Also try to do a system restore from menu. That sometimes sort out simple problems.
