Basically what it means is that the woman who appeared on the video is from future. She is someone who lives in this time but visible on the video through a wormhole. In general science, this is not possible at all.
But in advance science, we can try to explain it with respect to spacetime. But it is not something that can be perceived by human senses.

Read about wormholes explained under spacetime by Prof. Einstein. These are still hypothetical. That is mostly explainable using only mathematics.

But My Problem is,

How can She make Phone calls without any network coverage. I think at that time there had no any Mobile networks. Mobile Phone needs a Network or a satellite Connection.

In science, a person who's living in 2010 can be linked to somewhere in past or future through a wormhole.

So the woman you see in the video is living in the 21st century with mobile phones, satellites, etc... and she got linked up to a video recording that happened in past. Honestly I'm not sure you'll understand that.
Please see the videos that I have posted. Without clear understanding on general theory of relativity, special theory of relativity, quantum physics, spacetime, theory of black-holes, wormholes, etc... it is not easy to grasp advance things in science.

In Buddhism, time travelling can be achieved by deep meditation (May be in that case, the brain creates a virtual wormhole where the mind can pass through to any past or future event).
If you read the books of Most Ven. Balangoda Ananda Maitreya Maha Nayaka Thero, you can find many events where he travelled through time and seen past events. He had seen Lord Buddha as well.

That's why Einstein stated that Buddhism is the only religion that can cope with modern science. I predict science and Buddhism will merge one day.

At the moment, this is the situation, I 100% agree. But the world still doesn't know much about Buddhism. If they know, they will start practising meditation by stop wasting millions of money on space travel, etc...
For examples, scientists are searching for the existence of Alien life. If they refer to Buddhist scripts about Alien life, Lord Buddha has revealed the distance to near worlds with life preciously. However, they will have to invent more advance vision systems to see them.

My prediction is for the future
May be beyond next 500 years where I think humans will become one nation, one language & one community based on truth, knowledge, intelligence and wisdom.

Leonardo da Vinci made initial designs of the helicopter in the 15th century. It became a reality only in the 20th century.
Similarly, can anyone say that time travel based on wormholes (Based on spacetime by Prof. Einstein) will be impossible in another 500 years?

I have no intention to see another Buddha right now since Lord Gauthama Buddha's Dhamma can be purely found in the world especially in the beautiful island of Sri Lanka. My wish is to attain Nirvana in this life in a possible path out of four (At least Sothapanna or 'Stream Winner' in English) to end this endless cycle of re-birth that creates suffering.

I'm sure My Lord Arya Maitreya Natha Bodhisathva (next Buddha) who is in Thusitha heaven (who is continuously help good people who are following the teachings of Lord Buddha) will like to see any Buddhist wishes to see him to attain nirvana in the present world since we still can find pure teachings of our Lord Buddha for example Four Noble Truths, Noble Eight Fold Path, Patichcha Samuppada (Dependent Origination in English), etc... that are enough to attain Nirvana. What Lord Maitrya wants is that all Buddhists try to attain Nirvana in this life (according to my knowledge on him).

May all beings be free from suffering!!!
