Since it is Sony, the only place I can recommend is Siedles.
Neo

I asked them they told me they are not. Repairing Sony Ericsson phones.

I found a Place called CBE. Is it a Good Place here is the web site www.cbe.lk

I asked from Sony Ericsson Support,

They Gave me a Phone number of a Place in Colombo, I called that number then they directed me to the Abans Head Office.
Is Abans a good place for my problem?

If you can Please Tell me Places that your friends used.

Thanks

Abans is a good place to get your phone repaired. CBE seems to be a good place but I have never heard of them.

Why is it not possible to flash the phone with XS++?. May be your phone's GDFS is damaged?. I have not flashed any SE, but I have a friend who use a SE and customized the firmware(A W810i). I have personal experiences only in flashing Nokia.(With Pheonix)
