I would like to make a suggestion that is,
If you can add a chat service in robot.lk that is good. Users can chat when they have time. And Automatically post the chat transcription as a Thread.

Please use facebook, myspace, yahoo. skype, icq, etc... for that. Also you can join with IRC chat rooms that discuss technology.

bro..It is nice suggestion...But we have some questions about that chatting topics.robot.lk we only use for tectonically use.But If we get any chat facility here may be we will use it for out personal use.We will use that for other purposes.so better to change this idea like this..
If you can give that facility in limit for the users.If we can chat with ADMIN , ROBOT.LK Support Team & Moderators, we will not use it in that wrong way..That will be a great help for us.because we can chat online about our problems when your team online..

I have added a chat system at the very beginning of ROBOT.LK. I will think about the idea again as this is suggested by two of our senior members
The main point here is, me and the two moderators will not be able to provide online help as these things are highly restricted in office environments. Everything is logged and supporting people online will be considered as a waste of time in the company's point of view
So we'll not be able to help you guys online.
I'm also quite concerned about the quality of answers in ROBOT.LK since I have seen many examples in other forums that the answers are not either theoretical or practical. It is very important try as much as possible to give a correct answer to a question. If it is a just a suggestion, then we should mention as that. It is good to have questions unanswered than lists of junk answers.
The last point is the number of support members we have. Our most recent support team member Herath1 has started a nice job. However I still think we need at least 10 support members to run an online support system. At the moment 90% of the offline support is given by me which is not enough at all.
Lets get some response from the Support Team members. If they don't like it, then it would be a set of unanswered questions you'll see on the chat

Yeah NEO..we got you.
You can play the main role & our support team members can work on online help section.You people have many work to do with this site works.you are professionals.
other thing is to think is we (including me
)wasting time in Facebook. we can get best from our wasing time to chat with our friends about technology.I FB we have other topics to discus.there are many kind of people.variation.But think that in EXPERTCORE we have one vision to help each other.We all love technology.What else we have to talk other than technology...?
