J2ME and chinese phones

is there any way to install java firmware to china phones?

i show a china phone <e71 tv phone> , it have a manu named java in main manu and there are some games. but we can't install new j2me app. is there any way to install j2me apps to it.

These phones are not user friendly at all. I'm sure this will be a difficult task and could be an interesting task to crack it down. Share your experience if you able to do it.
