Can anyone help me with these Use Case Diagrams

Hi

After a long time I am going to ask a question

For my BIT Semester 3 exam I have Use case diagrams and some more. And I can understand the symbols of it and some more.

But they have given a Case study to us to draw a Use case diagram and here it is.

I still can't figure out how to draw this, But I tried to do it for the Loan Process and here it is. I think it's not good can you guide me or give me a correct one?

Used ArgoUML to draw this.

And can anyone give me the complete diagram of this ? That's a great help if anyone can do so, because then I can understand and draw diagrams better in the future.

Use case diagrams are an essential part in Object oriented program designing in software engineering. At our time, we were using a UML tool called Rational Rose to draw these.

But do you know I've already watched them, by doing that I could understand well, my problem is I still can't apply them to what I need to do.
I understand symbols and etc.. but recognizing use cases and etc.. is the problem.
