OPTION 1:

WinUSB Maker

Free Software WinUSB Maker is also a portable software as an alternative to other options. Same with WinToFlash, this software is used to make external storage media like USB stick or external HDD to be bootable and can be used to move the setup file (installation) windows to the USB.

WinUSB Maker 1.4 – The Windows Setup to USB Solution

Some of the features found on WinUSB Maker:

Can backup and Restore (including MBR, Master Boot Record) from USB Drive
This software is designed with maximum safety, to avoid errors and prevent mistakes the windows format
Can work with Windows in the DVD, Folder or ISO Image
Can format the USB in NTFS file system
Can make a DOS / grldr bootable USB Disk
DAPA to copy files with maximum speed level
Device that supports more than 1 TB

This program can run on Windows Vista, 7.8 and server 2008/2011 the premises the terms of use. Net Framework 3.5)

OPTION 2 :

Passcape ISO Burner

ISO Burner PAsscape including portable mini and an application to create a bootable USB disk and also from various ISO file, not just windows. Can be used to create a bootable CD / DVD, USB devices (Memory Stick, USB stick, CompactFlash, Secure Digital USB Hard disk and others).

Passcape ISO Burner

Some of the features found on PAsscape ISO Burner:

Move the ISO file to CD / DVD and USB drives
Create bootable media
Extract the contents of the ISO file to disk
Simple interface

This program can also run Windows XP and run on other versions widows.

You just avoid to play some 3D games actually.. otherwise it's seems to be okey with other kind of application such as web servers , ftp servers , application servers, VPN servers , Linux MTAs,.......etc.

The Pi uses a 700 MHz ARM processor with a Videocore 4 graphics processor capable of Blu-ray playback.

It has a HDMI monitor output, 2 USB ports, a network interface (optional), SD card slot, audio output jack (no input, but does work with external usb audio interfaces for input). The Pi also has a GPIO interface (General Purpose Input Output),

Great tutorial nwclasantha ,
Keep writing good thing.

One little caution:
* if you are using 2-non transformer isolated power supply [ such as bluk converter or a buck converter] then
you should keep read this on. ]. Well it's always better to limit to a one power source. Otherwise there may
exist ground loop voltage problems and it may damage your hardware. Because they are so sensitive.
For a example when using two power supplies , they may have two different ground potentials due to grounding
problems. For a example one's ground is -12V and other one's ground is +50V then , believe me you are in a
trouble. You may get green smoke from your internal voltage regulators. It's always better to use only a one power
supply, or if dual power supplies needed then use isolated power supply. SMPS isolated or power-transformer
isolated.

I think nwclasantha , you have used a one signal power supply. But hard SATA2USB device consumes external
power. If that's comes with MADE IN CHINA label, then believe me you are at some trouble. see V
https://robot.lk/viewtopic.php?f=30&t=2734

You will never be able to explain this to their service engineers and claim for your warranty. Never never never !
Believe me.Forutnately here I think this would not be a trouble at all, because such situation need that both RPI
power supply and SATA2USB power supplies are not isolated onces. But caution is always better, Good luck with
RPI , but in any doubt feel free to disassemble the power supply unit and make sure that it's really transformer
isolated.

The Raspberry Pi is a $35 computer with a 700 MHz ARM processor, 512MB of RAM, 2 USB ports, an Ethernet jack, and HDMI output.

While it’s a pretty impressive device for $35, one thing it can’t do is run Windows 7. That’s partly because Microsoft doesn’t offer a version of Windows 7 for ARM-based chips, and partly because even if it did, I doubt the operating system would run very well on the hardware.

But what you can do with a Raspberry Pi — fire up a Linux-based operating system and then use remote desktop software to login to a remote Windows PC or virtualized Windows desktop.

the computer booting up a Linux environment and then logging into a Windows 7 virtual desktop based on Citrix XenDesktop software.

The Raspberry Pi doesn’t have to be fast enough to handle the Windows operating system and Windows apps, because they’re actually running on a remote server. But it is fast enough to provide a decent remote desktop solution letting you run Windows applications on a $35 PC (assuming you have access to pricier hardware and software that’s running Windows.
