I wont upgrade to 3.0.8 because i don't know how , i have a ton of mods installed , I'm afraid that i might loose them ...

Now i have edited the files myself and uploaded onto my localhost.
when i go to the install file again i get the same error..

I opened the ports 25(SMTP) , 110(POP3) , 143(IMAP)
I installed Mdaemon.
I don't have any idea on how to configure it.

Foe me, it seems that you have not correctly setup port forwarding (Step 2). Can you check on that?
