you cannot use 7812 regulator because it can only diliver 1A of current as maximum. but you can use a regulator like LM338. Because TDA7386 is a powerful amplifire circuit you can get I think about 5A as peak output current.If you fail to supply much current for the IC you can hear lot of distortion...
