This is prototype software and it is very simple.

There are two modes: Normal and Calibrate.

Normal: Output pulse widths, in milliseconds, for the
four channels are displayed on the LCD screen.

Push the CAL button once to enter calibrate mode.
	- LCD displays "CALIBRATE"
	- Software records extents of the control inputs. Move
	the controls from one extreme to another while in this mode.

Push CAL button a second time to exit calibrate mode.
	- Software computes the center point and gain to give
	a 1.0 to 2.0 ms output pulse at control stick extents
	and stores these parameters in EEPROM.
	- LCD Displays current values

Current software *requires* a 2x20 or better LCD attatched
to function.  Future releases will not have this requirement.
